The location was very convenient, close to public transportation and popular attractions. the bike rental service was great, allowing us to easily explore the city. Free coffee and tea in the kitchen was a nice touch.
Towels were not included in the room and had to be rented separately. It could be a bit challenging to get a towel if you needed it early in the morning when reception was closed.
